YOUR FIRST WEEK
Start with one useful conversation.
Bring a small group into DSPChat first. Use one real communication task to decide whether it fits your team before rolling it out more widely.
Your checklist is saved in this browser when storage is available. It does not create accounts, send messages, or change your subscription.

First setup session
Use the workspace link and administrator credentials from your setup email. Change the temporary administrator password. If setup is still running, use the onboarding status page from checkout; do not submit another checkout to retry it. Get setup help.
Start with yourself, one dispatcher, and one driver. An administrator creates each account and shares its login details securely. Use the user setup instructions.
For example, use a dispatch room for the day's coordination. Tell the test group which messages belong there. Keep unrelated conversation in a different room. Room setup instructions.
Post a clearly labeled test message, ask the dispatcher to reply, and have the driver find the reply. Confirm that everyone can access the intended room.
Install the iPhone app or Android app. Enter your organization code and sign in. With devices parked and available, send a test message and check notification permissions if it does not appear. Mobile and login help.
During the first week
Ask the test group: Could you find the right conversation? Was any message missed? What still required another tool? Record the friction before adding more people or rooms.
Before your trial ends, decide whether to continue, ask for help, or cancel. The Chat plan is $199/month with unlimited users. The 14-day trial requires a card; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. Check the exact trial end date in your checkout or billing information.
A message to introduce the test
We're trying DSPChat with a small group first. Use our dispatch room for this test so we can see whether the conversation is easy to follow. Please reply to the test message and let me know if you have trouble signing in or receiving notifications. We'll review what worked before adding the rest of the team.
Adapt this example to your team's process. It is a suggested introduction, not a message sent by this page.
